P. wolle intervenieren, wir müssten uns aber anheischig machen, dem Sultan zunächst mindestens eine Million £ als Anleihe zu verschaffen, da die Finanznoth eine dringende sei.   Ich will von einer der nächsten Stationen folgendes an Leon Kellner telegraphiren: J.
