Die Bevölkerung sei hauptsächlich gegen die Liberalen aufgebracht. Man ruft Hoch Lueger und Hoch Friebeis (das ist der Statthalterei= rath, der jetzt den suspendirten Gemeinderath vertritt). Ich erklärte dem Advocaten, dass diese zeitweilige Verfassungs=Suspension wenn sie noch ein= zweimal kampflos wieder= holt werden kann zur gänzlichen Sistirung der Verfassung führen wird mit nach= folgender Aenderung, resp[ektive] Neubildung einer Verfassung, aus der man die Juden auslassen wird.
