etc. und mir Auszüge vorlegen. —

Überhaupt haben alle Ressortchefs Auftrag

alles Wichtige was der Weltgeist in ihren Fächern

an Fortschritt schafft, mir zu signalisiren, mit

besonderem Bericht über Wichtiges. —

Ich selbst werde keine Zeitung lesen %nach

Freycinets Princip% %Worte, die er mir über

Casimir Perier sagte% und verbieten, dass mir meine

Person betreffendes Lob oder Tadel mitgetheilt werde. —

Ich habe fortab das Recht und die Pflicht, mich

über jederlei persönlichen Angriff hinwegzusetzen. —

Nur wenn ein courant d'opinion gegen das Unter=

nehmen erzeugt werden will, muß es mir schleunig

signalisirt werden, damit ich die Wiederstände breche. —

Angriffe der Antisemiten, solange sie uns nicht

zurückhalten wollen %was auch kommen wird% ignorire

בתחילה לא ידעו הפקידים־המייסדים להעריך את התארים נכונה (אלה אף יירָאו בעיניהם מגוחכים), מוטב אפוא שיראו את עצמם פקידים של חברת מניות עשירה.

אחד העוקבים אחרי הכתוב בעיתונים (שיף) יעקוב יום־יום אחר סדרי רווחה חדשים, בתי־חולים וכו', ויגיש לי סיכומים.

בכלל, על ראשי האגפים תחול ההוראה להודיע לי מיד על כל דבר חשוב שרוח הזמן מחוללת בתחומים שלהם, בליווי תזכיר מיוחד על החשוב ביותר.

בידי הזכות והחובה להתעלם מהתקפות אישיות מכל סוג.

רק כשייווצר courant d'opinion (זרם בדעת הקהל) נגד המפעל, יש להודיע לי מיד, כדי שאוכל לשבור את ההתנגדויות.

מהתקפות של האנטישמים, כל עוד אין הם מבקשים לעכב אותנו (וגם זה יבוא), אתעלם לחלוטין.
